Did you know that it’s critical first thing after you awake that you drink at least two glasses of filtered water before consuming any food? If you don’t like the taste of water which is delicious then you can add organic lemon slices or a little organic lemon juice.
After a long nights’ sleep your body needs to be rehydrated. Water is your body’s lifeblood. Without adequate water your kidneys will fail. Drinking water helps your digestion and assists in easier elimination. Adequate water is essential for your brain as well.
Make sure to not drink any water with fluoride in it. Fluoride is a proven neurotoxin.
Drink filtered water with or without lemon in the morning and the wait at least an hour or two before consuming any food. Ideally it’s good to eat your first meal around 11 am. You can also drink green juice which helps hydrate your body and brain.
Make sure you consume food that is also hydrating, including cucumber, greens, jicama, apples, pears, and berries. Steaming your veggies also hydrates your body.
